How an auto electrician in Gdansk got 4× more calls with an AI system

A one-man auto electrics workshop with no website, client history in iPhone notes and calls slipping through. In 3.5 months we gave it a website, a working Google profile and an AI system that answers, logs and books every call.

The starting point

Elektroden is an auto electrics and electronics workshop in Gdansk run by one specialist: diagnostics, short circuits, ECU coding — the jobs other garages give up on. Great work, but almost no system around it:

  • No website. Customers found the shop only through its Google profile — about 10 calls a month.
  • Client history in iPhone notes. Over a thousand entries in the owner’s own shorthand.
  • Missed calls. When the owner is under a car, the phone rings out. In one month 11 of 96 calls went unanswered, and 9 of those callers never called back.

What we built

1. Website and local SEO

A 17-page website: home, 12 service pages, about, contact, privacy policy and case pages. Local fonts and no trackers, structured data for Google, hosted on Cloudflare. The Google Business Profile got the right main category, 30 described services and regular posts, plus listings in four local directories.

2. Call capture, CRM and calendar

Calls go through a tracked number and are recorded and transcribed. AI writes a short summary — car, problem, where the customer found the shop, visit date — and saves it in the CRM. The visit lands in the owner’s Google Calendar; moving or cancelling it updates the event. On a repeat call the owner’s iPhone shows the car and the problem instead of a bare number. Missed calls go to the team’s Telegram group.

The owner’s history was imported into the CRM in his own notation: 598 contacts, 217 cars, 330 jobs.

3. A website form that actually sends

The old form didn’t send anything — every request was silently lost. Now each one becomes a CRM card and a Telegram notification within seconds.

4. AI chat on every page

The assistant’s only job is to collect a phone number, the car and the problem, 24/7. It never quotes prices or diagnoses, and in an emergency tells the customer to call 112. It was tested on 41 scripted conversations before launch, with a fallback form if anything fails.

5. AI voice agent

The owner’s phone rings first. If he doesn’t pick up within 45 seconds, an AI voice agent answers in Polish, introduces itself as an AI assistant, takes the car and the problem, and books a one-hour slot in his calendar. The details land in the CRM and the Telegram group.

6. Case pages from Telegram

After a repair, the owner sends photos and a voice note to a Telegram bot. AI writes an SEO-ready case page, he approves it with one tap, and it’s published on the website and posted to the Google profile.

7. Video dubbing for TikTok

The owner records a video in his own language; a bot returns a Polish version in his own voice a few minutes later.

8. Visit reminders and review requests

The last stage of the journey: an SMS the day before each visit, and a review request after it, sent under the shop’s own name. Every booked visit from the phone, chat and voice agent feeds it automatically.

Stack and running costs

n8n (self-hosted) runs the workflows, Claude writes summaries, chats and case pages, NocoDB is the CRM, Zadarma provides the number and call recording, ElevenLabs powers the voice agent and dubbing, Cloudflare hosts the site and Telegram bots deliver notifications.

Everything runs on infrastructure the client owns. Monthly running costs: server about €6, phone line about 37 PLN, AI for call summaries about $1.6 per 300 calls, chat about $0.02 per conversation, voice platform from $6 —roughly €25 a month in total.
