Who we are
This website is run by codelesslab, based in Poland. For anything related to your data, write tokiryl@codelesslab.org.
Contact form and e-mail
When you send the contact form or e-mail us, we receive your name, e-mail, phone number (optional) and message. We use them only to answer you and prepare an offer you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep them as long as needed for that conversation and any follow-up. We never sell your data or add you to a newsletter without asking.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are set only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Until then, Google Analytics sends only anonymous, cookieless pings. Ad storage and ad personalisation are always off.
Booking a call
“Get Your Free Consultation” opens Calendly, an external scheduling service. Data you enter there is handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security (technical server logs).
- Google — Google Analytics (only with your consent) and e-mail.
- Our own server in the EU — processing contact form submissions.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time — just e-mail us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
